Ignore my last post- blogging is a great way to procrastinate. So in addition to a quickie today, I've set a poem to autopost every few days so that you don't all move on to greener pastures.

Today two things dear bloggiefriends.

First off, the poem posted here has finally been christened: Dear Joan. I'm an inventive little sod, no?

Second, in the style of that entry, an update on my... err... am I allowed to use the word 'faves' unironically? Well, you know that I mean, right?

Song of the Moment: Samson by Regina Spektor. Yes, there's real life subtext to this one, but that's for another day.

TV Show of the Moment: Chuck, featuring much hilarity, incredible character development and general awesomeness, as well as the best legs I've ever seen in my life on Yvonne Strahovski. (what? I objectify guys too, which clearly makes it ok. FYI, her acting bowls me over more than her, err... pins)

Band of the Moment: Tricky one. A toss up between good old vintage Dresden Dolls, the Maccabees, and... damnit I have to be honest... the music videos from Felicia Day's The Guild. I know, lame right?
