About:

TK. Overeducated and shambolic writerling desperately trying to repackage teenage angst for the cloistered elite.

I also cook occasionally.

Whew!

I'm back! This time folks, I offer no apology- the fault lies with Blogger and its stupid "Error 503- Service Unavailable" which kept cropping up when I tried to sign in.

So. An... eventful month to say the least, both in TKland and the world in general. North African rebellions springing up like snowdrops? Undercutting of dictatorial regimes popping up like heatrash in August? Great! Hopefully they'll be replaced by something approaching democracy. Also (never thought I'd say this) I do hope the rash spreads south.

Closer to home, my World Book Day (didn't forget did you?) haul comprises the following:

Rosemary's Baby by Ira Levin
Macbeth
The Jewish Poets of Spain
Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead by Tom Stoppard
The Love-Girl and the Innocent- Solzhenistyn
Some Shizz by Freud.

Lots of plays. Am I complaining? Nope! Now, Kindle time, for I feel like treating myself.

Shoutout to the Birthday girls (well, one girl, one...errr... supremely dignified person who is rapidly approaching hexagenarianism but let's not get technical).

Also, I'm going to go ahead and put out a controversial opinion: Miranda Hart is not funny. At all.
There, I said it.
